“Stunning locations don’t always come with strong connectivity.”

Orbital Net were approached by Ambassador Regency (Regency Living) in 2024 to explore connectivity options across several residential park sites. Many of these locations were rural or semi-rural, where traditional broadband services were limited and/or unreliable.

With multiple parks operating under one brand, Ambassador Regency needed a flexible, scalable solution that could adapt to each site’s unique challenges, offering their sales offices and reception areas a fast, dependable internet experience.

Our relationship began at Ambassador Regency’s Reculver site in Kent, where Orbital Net successfully delivered a bespoke connectivity solution. Following this deployment, Orbital met with Ryan from Ambassador Regency to discuss how similar solutions could be rolled out across other parks nationwide.

What started as a local project quickly evolved into wider conversations around delivering consistent, high-quality connectivity to multiple sites across the UK.

Ambassador Regency chose Orbital Net for our ability to think beyond standard connectivity models. Many of their sites presented complex challenges, from limited infrastructure to remote rural settings.
